Snow and winter are not words most of us think of when referring to Kangaroos in Australia but they are capable of surviving anywhere and I wanted to show a new side to one of the most iconic animals in the world. I was wandering through the Snowy Mountains near Lake Crackenback early one morning just following Kangaroos around in the snow and came across this one just standing staring straight at me, the light was magical and a little snow flurry pushed through just as I pushed the shutter.
