I’d love to say this was a shot I had planned for years and that everything came together for me all at once but the truth much less poetic. I was heading back to my hotel and the sky started going off. I jumped out of the car, ran down into a paddock, saw this tree and took the shot.
These experiences sometimes work out great and other times you get nothing. Above all, its a heap of fun running around like a mad person trying to find a shot while the sky goes off like this.
Thats photography, I guess.
