Today we head over to the beautiful Fiordland in search of secret forests, waterfalls, streams and the iconic Milford Sound. This shot has been another popular print of mine over the years and it’s one of my favourites.
I find it very challenging as a photographer to show the beauty that exists within these magical forests. It always seems to look very “busy” and the images are not really clean.
On this particular day, I walked off the track and through to where I saw this tree had fallen over. I feel like this one works and coveys the relaxed feeling that these ancient forests provide.
