A few years ago I took my son Xavier back to Ireland to meet his Irish family. This is a beautiful place called Hazelwood near Sligo where his mothers family are from. As fate would have it, it also turns out that the McKimmin side of my family is from a small town about and hour up the road from here.
For anyones who’s never been to Ireland, it really is such a beautiful country. This was one little gem of a location. Hope you like it.
